OUR MISSION
To provide fair and transparent auto repair and maintenance services, all the while working to provide an excellent customer experience. We believe vehicle maintenance should be a team approach between the customer and the shop that handles it. You won’t want to take your vehicle anywhere else.
OUR STAFF
You will recognize the front end staff if you are a regular at our Shop. Donnie, one of our owners, is often found running the front desk or bouncing between the front desk and the back shop. You will also find Rod Plato. Rod came on board with 18 years in the business behind him including being a ticketed Journeyman Mechanic. His vehicle knowledge base is a welcome addition to our team. Daniel, our parts runner, manages our inventory and parts processing. He may be the person to give you a ride if you need one! Occasionally, our tire tech, Kayden or Co-Owner Elaine will help out on the service desk.
COMMUNITY
INVOLVEMENT
Donnie and Elaine and both their sons, Daniel and Mitchell, are all avid curlers. They curl in Leagues in Lacombe and Ponoka. Donnie and Elaine have both served on the Lacombe Farmers Bonspiel Committee, which is a huge annual event held every January. They are also Sponsors of the event. Elaine also served as a Director for the Lacombe Chamber of Commerce. As live music lovers, Donnie and Elaine host concerts featuring local Canadian Artists in their home or backyard every year! You will see them as regular attendees out at the Track on 2 for their Stillhouse music series or at the Music in Park nights at the LMC. Donnie and Elaine also support many local charity events, sports teams, Ag Society events, 4H, bonspiels, golf tournaments and youth programs every year.

Meet the Owners
Donnie and Elaine Lysons are long time residents of the Central Alberta area. They moved from the Vermilion area back in 1996 to farm by Crestomere. Since then they have run a variety of commercial endevours and have served as volunteers for a few organizations in the area. Many local farmers will remember them as the local Environmental Farm Plan facilitators. The curling community knows them from the club or as a Junior curling Coach. Some folks know them from previous business dealings. They bought the shop from Dave and Corrine Boere in March of 2018. They recognized that the Boere’s had a built a successful business based on trust and good service for 18 years… they were looking for an opportunity that was built on exactly that backbone. They work to continue to offer that same level of service and have also helped the shop evolve to using more modern software and hardware tools which will enhance the staffs ability to service our clients. The staff are instructed to treat every vehicle like it’s their Mothers!
